Rent or Buy?

At first glance, buying may look more economical. But once storage, maintenance, transport and renewal costs are counted, the total cost picture changes.

Rental

Included in a single contract:

Design, production, installation, maintenance, removal and storage
No warehouse space to rent or heat
No need to employ an additional maintenance team
Replacement of worn or damaged parts is covered by us
The chance to renew and refresh the concept each season instead of buying the same decor again
A predetermined, predictable single-item cost
Buying

The process and costs are yours:

The full price is paid up front
You need suitable warehouse space all year round
Transport, cleaning, maintenance and repair costs are yours
With repeated use, the decor can wear out and lose its freshness over time
Removal and disposal costs may arise when its service life ends

FAQ

About renting

A standard rental covers one season, typically 6 to 10 weeks, extending to 12 for long seasons such as New Year. We also sign multi-season framework agreements, which reduce the unit cost significantly.

Normal wear is on us and is never billed. We assess condition together at the end of the season. Only unusual damage such as vandalism or flooding is treated separately, and that is normally covered by the venue's own insurance.

Yes. Your pieces stay recorded in your name in our climate-controlled warehouse. Next season they can be reinstalled as is or refreshed with new elements, at a significantly lower cost than new production.

For multi-branch projects we manage every location's schedule centrally so the season opens on the same day everywhere. We need at least three months' notice to plan capacity.
